Our story began in 1993 in the Pacific Northwest with the founding of a family-run trucking company built on hard work, trust, and a deep understanding of transportation.
From the beginning, the focus went beyond simply moving freight. The business was rooted in trucking operations, equipment repair, and hands-on logistics management, creating a firsthand understanding of what it takes to move freight safely, efficiently, and reliably.
That experience laid the foundation for what would eventually become Inland Transport, Inc. and shaped the transportation expertise, work ethic, and customer-first approach that continue to define our company today.

A FAMILY OPERATION
The family-run trucking company was operated by three brothers and grew into a respected operation managing more than 100 trucks. It wasn't a business run from a boardroom. It was built through hands-on experience in the yard, the shop, and on the road.
Through years of real-world experience, the family developed deep expertise in fleet management, maintenance, transportation, and logistics coordination. That firsthand knowledge created a strong foundation in the industry and continues to shape the way we approach logistics and serve our customers today.

In 2005, our father brought that experience south to Florida, opening the door to a new chapter for the family business.
By 2007, he and his son launched Inland Transport, starting from a small two-bay warehouse. What began as a modest operation quickly gained momentum as customer demand continued to grow.

SCALING THE OPERATION
As Inland Transport expanded, the company managed 50+ trucks and outgrew multiple facilities, moving from a larger warehouse to eventually securing its own yard with five docks and an on-site truck repair shop.
We grew our freight brokerage team and continued to scale while maintaining the hands-on service and operational control the business was built on.

Today, Inland Transport, Inc. operates from its custom-built headquarters in Ocoee, Florida, as a full-service third-party logistics provider (3PL). Our focus is 100% logistics, connecting customers with a trusted network of carriers and providing transportation solutions across truckload, LTL, expedited, drayage, heavy haul, air freight, and more.
What began with hands-on experience in the trucking industry has evolved into a modern, non-asset-based 3PL providing careers and serving customers across North America.
Now led by the founder’s three sons, Inland Transport remains proudly family-owned and operated. Built on hard work, trust, and strong relationships, our team stays hands-on, committed to doing business the right way, and focused on continually evolving to better serve our customers.
